FEES AND GUARANTEE
As an Executive Talent search firm small by its design and acting specifically to find the right Candidate for the right position in your structure, we charge a previously agreed fee amount of the candidate's first year gross salary. Although our policy is not to proceed to any refund, we Guarantee with our placements for a minimum of 6 months to 12 months, your choice. Should the candidate be placed by GHCService resign or be terminated for any reason within a 6 months period of employment, GHCService will ensure an efficient replacement search
at no charge to the client.
